Supporting data for Chapter 5 - Photonic Waveguides:

- Raw Confocal Scans:
This is the raw data behind the Processed Straightness and Width uniformity data used in Figs 5.7 to 5.9. This is split into 3 scans, one for each device. Please see the readme within for more details on the data formatting and scan parameters.

- Processed Straightness/Widths:
    - These are the post-processed datasets from the confocal scans. Please see the readme within for more information on the formatting.

- Raw White Light Interferometer Scans - Chipping:
This is the raw data for the chipping plots in Fig 5.10. This data has been taken with a Zygo Zemetrics CSI tool, and can be opened with the software MX. Each of the ridge waveguides on all 3 devices was scanned at 140 equidistance sites, starting and ending approximately 2 mm from each end.

- Chipping.xlsx: This is the postprocessed data from above.

- Waveguide Phasematching Sweeps - This a dataset taken by Noelia Palomar Davidson, consisting of csvs of phase matching temperature sweeps. The results are displayed in Fig 5.6. See the readme within for more info.
